Under the direct supervision of the Service Leader – Junior Concierge is one of the first and last people that our guests will meet but they also have plenty of opportunities to make their visit a memorable one as the department is a focal point for the guest.
Whether it is making a restaurant recommendation, planning a trip or a theatre outing or providing shopping tips the Concierge’s knowledge of the local area is unmatched and they will make sure that other members of the Front of House team are also “in the know”. Junior concierge is a primary position to step into the beginning of the prolonged carrier to be as a concierge.
Willingness of innovation, originality, bags of personality and commitment define the junior concierge, while professionalism, humility and helpfulness define his/her behaviour.
In addition to the skills of a Junior Concierge, the Junior Concierge will face to the opportunity to develop the exceptional people management skills and business acumen, cost control and Human Resources processes and procedures, including a keen interest in training and developing his/her team in order to progress to the next step as a Concierge.
