We currently have a vacancy for a 2 x Luggage Porters to join our team.
Under the guidance of the Head Concierge, the Luggage Porter will be responsible for the speedy delivery of guest items to the guest rooms and any other required errands. Showing presence in both hotel lobbies at all times, the bellman team will successfully engage with our guests and exceed the guest’s expectations.
- Guest engagement and organisation skills coupled with the ability to multi task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, attending courses as scheduled
- Be reliable individual who is self-motivated, embraces standards, is customer service driven and detail orientated.
- Advanced level of English (both oral and written)
