About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Luggage Porter to join our very friendly and experienced team.

Your shift pattern will include early and late shifts. Some weekends and bank holidays.

You will be expected to assist with providing additional cover for holidays and sickness

Tasks include:

Meeting and greeting guests on arrival at the hotel.

Assisting with guest’s luggage on arrival and departure

Logging and delivering messages, mail and parcels to guest rooms.

Assisting guests with taxis/directions.

Assisting at Concierge desk when required


About you:

You should have a positive attitude and a passion for guest service

You will need a good command of the English language both spoken and written

You are a team player who gets on well with people

You need to have a good knowledge of London

A full driving licence is required
