To join our team around Head Concierge Alan Noone, we are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Concierge for both, day and night shifts. Role Description As a Concierge you are responsible to work on a rotation basis within the Concierge team. You will assist guests by offering a complete Concierge service including obtaining courier services, cinema/Theatre tickets, Chauffeur services, restaurants reservations (recommending in-house outlets where possible), delivery of and collection of articles for guests, making appointments for hairdressers, doctors, dentists, etc, arranging secretarial/ interpreter services, hire of equipment, storage of guest property, etc, and ensuring that all such activities are recorded and accounted according to laid down procedure. Shift Patterns Two months of night shifts and One month of day shifts on a rotational basis. 4 on 4 off – 12 hour shifts.
