National Afternoon Tea Week

To celebrate National Afternoon Tea Week from Monday 14th to Sunday 20th August, Galvin at The Athenaeum are holding a special Chocolate Afternoon Tea created exclusively by Nelson Barros Sa, Executive Pastry Chef of Galvin Restaurants with support of Valrhona. Guests will enjoy a selection of handmade chocolate patisserie treats made of the highest quality Valrhona chocolate, including millefeuile with Valrhona Morant Bay chocolate cremeux and raspberry tart with Valrhona Orelys ganache. These unique chocolate creations will be served alongside traditional finger sandwiches, fruit and plain scones accompanied by a decadent Valrhona Dulcey blonde chocolate jam, classic cakes and artisan tea. This limited time only Chocolate Afternoon Tea is £32.50 per person and 10% from every booking goes directly to Galvin’s Chance, the into-work programme for disadvantaged young people aged 18-24 years.
