To initiate your Business Affiliate application, first download the PDF application form, and then fill in the form below where you will be asked to upload the PDF form, along with your other supporting documentation. You will receive an acknowledgement of your application, which may take several weeks to process. Successful applicants will be sent an invoice for £1,500 plus VAT for their first year's membership, which when paid will activate your full membership. Subsequent renewals £920 plus VAT.
