To initiate your Membership application, first download the PDF application form, and then fill in the form below where you will be asked to upload the PDF form, along with your other supporting documentation. You will receive an acknowledgement of your application, which may take several weeks to process. Applicants will be required to pay £150 - this amount includes a non-refundable administration fee and membership fee until end of the current year, membership will only activate once you have been successful in your interview.
